Abstract

Low back pain can be one of the first manifestations of the spondyloarthritis, it is important to identify it and evaluate its clinical manifestations, make an early diagnosis and initiate treatment. In order to achieve control of the disease, bring it to remission or to the lowest possible clinical activity. This improves the patient's quality of life and reduces the frequency of absenteeism from work.
