Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the field of medicine in extraordinary ways. From computer-assisted diagnosis to personalised treatment, AI promises to improve health outcomes and make healthcare more efficient. However, its adoption has also raised concerns, particularly regarding doctors using this technology without properly verifying diagnoses and sources of information. For doctors, it is crucial to reflect on the consequences of inappropriate use of AI and the negative impact it can have on patients and professional practice in the long term.
